Promotion Terms

The Terms and Conditions of Hoxfon apply to all Hoxfon promotions. In the event of a conflict between the Promotion Terms and the Terms and Conditions of Hoxfon, the latter will take precedence. Promotions may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Hoxfon. Hoxfon also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to terminate suspected illegitimate services, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service.

Referral Program

Personal Referral Link

You can earn free credit on Hoxfon by inviting friends and family to download the app Hoxfon and top-up their accounts. After creating your Hoxfon account, you will be able to see your personal referral link under your account section in the app. If you share that code with friends and family, you can receive £5 in credit to redeem and apply to your future app usage when they become a customer. To become a customer a user needs to download the app, top-up their account in the app, and use the credit. Hoxfon reserves the right to exclude referred users who don’t comply with Hoxfon Use of the Service or for any other reasons. Hoxfon also reserves the right to exclude referred users who, for any reasons, claimed a partial or full refunds of their bill directly or through a bank or credit card chargeback.

Sharing your link

Your personal invite code may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Feel free to share your invite code with your friends and family via email, Twitter feeds, Facebook pages, personal blogs, etc. where you are the primary content owner. However you cannot distribute your invite code on sites where you are a contributor but not the primary content owner (e.g., Wikipedia, coupon websites, app stores and app review websites) and you cannot promote your invite code via Search Engine Marketing (e.g., AdWords/Yahoo/Bing).

Exclusions

You cannot invite

• yourself
• anyone who uses the same credit card as you do
• someone who uses the same mobile device as you do

Credit earned by inviting friends and family will be available to be added to your balance and will be subjected to balance expiration if one exists. Refer to our Terms of Service.

Conflicts and Disputes

Hoxfon reserves the right to solve any conflict raised with this Promotion Term. Hoxfon also reserves the right to solve disputes about the attribution of new referred customers.
